2020-2021 TIMETABLE ACTIVITIES 

SEPTEMBER 2020

All partner countries,

-The project team will hold promotional meetings to realize the project activities

- Sharing of duties and responsibilities related to project activities will be made.

-The project will be made visible in the school and local area

-All partners, students and parents will be informed about the project activities and the timetable.

-The project website with the Erasmus + logo will be prepared by the Greek partner.

- Students will be given duties and responsibilities to raise awareness about agricultural skills.

-Each partner country will create a video promoting their agricultural activities in their country and In the last five minutes of the video,Agricultural products grown in the region where it is located will be presented.. (output 1).

OCTOBER 2020 -TURKEY TRAINING WORSHOP

-“I organize my garden” workshop -School-field trip Other Project Events

10-2020 -All partner countries will perform two different workshops in their own schools, titled “I am organizing my garden” and “designing my apron”.

-All these activities will be turned into a 5-minute presentation with videos and photos. (output 3)

-Each partner school will plant and water the seeds suitable for climate conditions and they will maintain it.

NOVEMBER 2020

-Each partner country to raise awareness about the project will create a project corner in school. In these corners, the project posters, partner countries flags and all activities related to the projectetc. (output 4).

-The project logo will be designed by students with the help of teachers at each partner school. The Romanian partner will conduct an online survey of one selected project logo in each country. A project logo will be selected from these six logos and will be published on all platforms related to the project. This logo will be used in all works related to the project activities. (output 5).

-All partner schools will work with the students who will take part in the project. Each partner school will have its own project poster and will be displayed on six different posters (output 6).

-All works related to each partner school gardens (seed sowing,tracking, irrigation, maintenance, harvest, etc.) will be shared on social media platforms with photos and videos (output 7)

-A painting competition on "my dream garden" between students involved in the project in each partner country's own school will be arranged. The commission will publish the best work on relevant platforms and school boards. (output 8) Each process of this competition DECEMBER will be photographed. With these photos a relevant album will be created and published on the website (output 9).

-All works related to "school gardens" (seed sowing,monitoring, irrigation, maintenance, harvest, etc.) with photos and videos will be shared on the platforms related to the project.

JANUARY 2021

-All partner countries will complete and make their final preparations about second mobility.

- Each partner school will be in contact with the …….. school partner the host country.

-Each partner school will do tracking of the products planted according to the climate conditions.

-Each partner country will organize an agricultural trip in their own region. Photos and videos about the trip will be shared on the project platforms (output 11)

-All works related to "school gardens" (seed sowing,monitoring, irrigation, maintenance, harvest, etc.) with photos and videos will be shared on the platforms related to the project.

FEBRUARY 2021 Agricultural Workshop

-All participants and host students will attend the workshops. In this study, the participants will observe the germination stages of the seeds planted in pots and apply the activity. In addition, the pots where the seeds will be planted will be designed by the students. Each partner country will photograph the development steps of seeds planted in pots and share them on relevant platforms. Other Project Events 02-2021

-All partner schools will carry out "pot design activity and seed workshop in pots in classroom environment"(output 13)

-All partners will make in-class workshops on real objects -Some seeds to be planted in the school garden will be grown in classroom pots. At this stage, “seed sprouting” and “growing stages”will be observed. Pots to plant seeds will be painted and designed by students at the same time.

-Students will be able to paint pots with their own country flags.

-The Greek and Bulgarian partners to make project visible at an international level will upload outputs related to the activity to the facebook page, eTwinning platform,to the web page.

MARCH 2021

All partner countries will do the activity "my seed is growing day by day" (- The students who will witness the miracle of the formation of a green creature from a tiny and dry seed will bring the seeds together with the soil.Students will sow their seeds, water them and care them.)

-Each partner will share all the studies (seed planting, monitoring, irrigation, maintenance, harvest, etc.) related to the school gardens on their platforms with photos and videos (output 14).

APRIL 2021

-All partner schools will organize the activity "I plow my garden" to improve students’ collaboration skills,to make them involve in every stage of the project and actively participate in every activity, by providing an environment where students can work in groups. -Students will be briefly informed about the event and the equipment they will use.During this activity, students will witness the return of the seeds they planted in the garden and experience the hoeing of the garden.

MAY Italian Agricultural Workshop

-Seed Planting Workshop

-Tomato seedlings will be planted in previously prepared gardens for students from the common country.

-Students will prepare a poster about the growing cycle of a tomato with group work. Groups will be composed of students from all partner schools.

-All partner country participants and host students will plant the seeds in the previously prepared garden. Other Project Events

05-2021

-All partner schools will carry out the "sowing of seeds, monitoring the process and the results obtained workshop".

-Seed Planting Workshop- -Students will prepare a poster about the growing cycle of a tomato with group work. This poster will be available on related platforms and will be shared with partners. (output 15)

-All works related to "school gardens" (seed sowing,monitoring, irrigation, maintenance, harvest, etc.) with photos and videos will be shared on the platforms related to the project.(output 16)

JUNE 2021

All partner schools will carry out the "harvest time" event. -Students will be taken to the field / garden.

- The necessary equipments to be used while collecting products such as scissors and gloves, baskets, buckets, will be given to the students by the teachers.Students harvest the products they grow with their own hands. (output 17).

-All works related to each partner school gardens (seed sowing,monitoring, irrigation, maintenance, harvest, etc.) will be shared with photos and videos on the related platforms (output 18).
